Point being what exactly? FIFA is recently released, will go on to sell about 5m. GTAV has already sold a huge amount. Minecraft will keep selling forever, should sell almost 4m (retail) this year. CoD Ghosts released last year.

My point is that Assassin's Creed won't outsell GTA.

You missed the point. The total sales of a franchise doesn't determine how great a seller it is. At least I don't see it that way. For PS, GTA> CoD. That's like saying Forza is a bigger seller than GT because they release one Forza almost every year, which we all know is not the case.


If you're talking single games then fine. But my post said COD. Not COD BLOPS or MW. COD is a bigger seller than GTA on PS3, simple as that. You misunderstood it as me referring to a single game.

Should I have said franchise? My bad that you misunderstood. But I'm not the only one to refer to COD as a game. That one polling did it too when saying what game people like the most. But I don't want to derail anymore so I won't.

It's amazing how the situation is completely reversed with PS4 and XOne compared to 360 and PS3.  Not only it's UK, we are talking about COD in UK, and PS4 did better.
