6 maybe? I'm just not that into shooters. That being said, most shooters would be a 2 on my meter, so that's decent.

Not sure what I'd rate it from 1-Smash, buy yes, I'm much more excited for it after the direct. Shows a lot more character now.

Hell yeah I am! Single player totally sold me on Splatoon. It no longer looks like a simple experiment, seems like Splatoon will be a full-fledged Nintendo franchise now.

Not in the slightest, unfortunately. I do hope it's fairly successful so that Nintendo invest more time in new IP, but past that my enthusiasm for it is zero.

The direct did it a world of good. It looks a lot deeper than I originally thought. It looks like it will be a blend of a shooter/platforming game which sort of what Super Mario Sunshine was so let's wait!
