It's a tad unfair to describe the GTA remaster as simply being "upresed". Visually it's more of a remake than a remaster, though over a more limited scale (a late 7th gen to early 8th gen remake, rather than the standard full 1 or 2 gen jump).

I agree it's not really worth it if you've played the original though.

You're right, I shouldn't have downplayed it to that extend. It does look amazing, but like you said, not wirth it if you've played it already. 

I'm jelous for those who get to play it for the first time. Like me and going to play the Last of Us on PS4 for the first time :) 

Yes, that world is worth experiencing again with updated graphics. I also want to play all the DLC that I would buy no matter what on PS4 rather than 360. Only difference is I am not buying the xbox version this time and buying the PS version. It actually sucks because I am missing out on free content that you get for buying it twice from the same company. :/

No. I have and beat it for the PS3.

I had to rush through the PS3 version because I wanted to sell it to help pay for a PS4. No time to explore Los Santos or play online. Now, I have the chance on November 18 to play Grand Theft Auto V the way it was intended on PS4. This and LittleBigPlanet 3 are my final "for sure" purchases in 2014.
