They do.  That is why when Sunset Overdrive Bundle sold out it was still being ranked though it dropped as it was being sold at a higher price

It does.
Several times early this year in January and February 30$ Xbox One games sold (BF4 as exampe) by third party made it into the top 100
One month ago, Kinect Sorts Rival was sold for 11$ form third party and shot to #9 or something

Amazon best sellers lists do not facot third party sales into their ranking.  I know they don't for books so i assume they don't for the other lists.

I have a seller account on amazon and they only track third party stuff fulfilled by amazon. If you ship yourself it's not in hourly tracking

It's started with the X1 bundle now (fake prices) but nowhere as cheap as the PS4 ones.
