Oh man, I've hated the PS1 boot up noise even more than that THX cacophony at the beginning of movies for as long as I remember.

Gameboy Advance has my most liked startup screen/noise.
I like the Wii series startups, the Gamecube is what I'd consider the most fun. I've really liked every single Xbox system's startup sequences.

PS2 would be alright but it feels a little slow.

The Dreamcast wins this contest.

Both the PS1 and PS2 startup sounds are pure nostalgia for me. PS3... Eeeehh... I can't even really remember it right now.
