He means that the video's are in 1080p 60fps which = that they are recorded in 1080p 60fps but the game is still at 720p 60fps, just upscaled to 1080p

It only works in Chrome and Safari (for some people) on PCs.

Videos you posted are not in 60fps. It have to mention 1080@60 when you click on the resolution train. And it only works on chrome for the moment. You have to WATCH THEM ON YOUTUBE, to get the true fps. Sucks for the moment but is the only way to make it working.
