Fable is likley- seeing as it beta started last month but otherwise no. I expect a lot of exlusive marketing deals. I believe they've already secured it for Witcher 3 and Evolve.

I don't think anything noteworthy is releasing unless Ori releases during Q1. Maybe having the halo 5 beta running through until the 22nd of Jan is a smart idea if they don't have much of anything.
Only games that come out certain times count, Indies don't count either. No one buys a console for fames that don't come in the fall. Am I doing it right? 2015 is loaded for ps4.

They have some smaller games coming which is good enough for me. 1st half of the year is the slowest part imo.

That's true but 6+ months is not a short period of time.
Why would you get an Xbox instead of a PS4 from December to June if you're a gamer who did't like the first year new gen. games or played them on your 360/PS3?
Microsoft has purchased to right to promote games like The Division and The Witcher but they don't get any significant exclusive content.
How will they maintain their momentum after December?

probably more indies in q2. maybe even one more AAA game in the first half of 2015
