Marketing and sales impact won't be even remotely comparable to what Destiny achieved on the PS4.

Yep. Nothing will come close to the hype Destiny had before launch and thus nothing will affect sales as much.

We have years of sales to know cod  sells as well on ps as xbox.  That was with ps3 lagging behind in the US.
