Well, technically most folks are talking like you're going to lose that bet you currently have going with regards to the Xbox One completely closing the gap by the time March has gone. Which, at this rate, is looking pretty likely. ;P Unless it's your opinion that Screamride Will prove to be the massive system seller that closes the rest of the gap.

Regardless, you're making a huge fool out of yourself when you adamantly proclaimed that the XB1 will outsell the PS4 by March. I suggest that you make more level-headed statements or otherwise, you'll be in for a lot of disappointment for the next 9 months or so.

If the PS4 sells a minimum of 40k advantage over the next 10 months, thats 400k difference, add that onto the 500k? gap their currently is and thats nearly a million, and thats if we don't take into account the PS4 having a much stronger lineup for the first 4 months (and more) of the year.

Anyone who thought the XBO was going to close the gap by march was very much off the mark.

Sony should have 10 months winning or at least near that, then i think they will throw out a price cut towards the end of the year, and the Xmas gap will not be as big as last year. MS have shown their cards in only the second Xmas, Sony will either do the same again (let MS close the gap a little) and they will just ride out Nov/Dec.

The key here is that Sony do not need to win USA by a big margin, they lost it considerably last gen, just being even is a massive win, especially with the PS4 dominating in most other markets worldwide.

Awww, that's a shame. =P Out of curiosity, did you ever throw out the March estimate or any other 'caught up by' time guesses? We're already far enough along to know that your original thread ended up wrong, so wondering if there are any other specific predictions to keep track of.

EDIT: Nevermind on the question; while you are correct that you didn't accept the bet, you DID make a prediction for March. (Although given your 20 day caveat, assuming you'll stretch it to late April?) So we'll see if you're 0 for 2 come the end of April! ^_^
