I'm glad Iwata is healthy again but he is back to spitting BS and expecting fans to eat it.
Nintendo is obviously focusing on supplying the demand of its native territory first and expanding out to the Western regions later, once potential demand has died down or hopefully they come up with a better Western name. Either way it boils down to the New hardware getting more money sticking closer to home and at a cheaper cost then shipping it out us gaijin in NA and Europe around the same time as the Japan launch.
The talk about sales and performance or how the Japanese audience NEEDS the new hardware more is about as logical as Nintendo argument as to why despite claiming the Wii U could handle multiple GamePad devices we have yet to see any Nintendo software that takes advantage of such a potential feature.
