If you like story you might like Bioshock.

And Banjo Kazooie will probably be a great game too.

You should go to ign and look through the 360 game catalog including future games and see what else interest you. And be sure to read up on them.

I have not played ME but I hear it has a great story line and could have been one of the best had it not been for the technical cliches.

Your theories are the worst kind of popular tripe, your methods are sloppy, and your conclusions are highly questionable! You are a poor scientist. Especially if you think the moon landing was faked.

What do you think of Blue Dragon?

I could see myself picking that game up to give it a try. I did that with Lair on PS3 and found myself to realize it only recieved low scores because reviewers are too damn lazy to fully learn and test out games before reviewing. In my opinion anyways, which is all that matters to me. :)

I saw a about 6 or so games that interest me on kenzomatic's link. Mainly RTS and RPG, but I would like to play Gears 1 and 2 at some point.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

You should never buy a console for one game. My advice is get a friend who has a 360 and buy the game yourself if you have to. If you offer to give it to him after you are done he probably won't mind you spending 40+ hours on his console.

He's not buying it for one game. He's buying it for the entire RPG library (currently the strongest of this generation) plus Viva Pinata.

To me, it's all a question of patience. PS3 has some RPGs on the horizon which look good, including White Knight story, FFXIII and versus, Valkyria Chronicles and Star Ocean (I think?). If those can satisfy your RPG needs and you can stand to wait for them, then might as well save some cash. If you can't wait or you need more RPGs, might as well grab a 360, I guess.

LO is not worth picking up a console for.

But hey, it's your money, do whatever you please.

Have you even played Lost Odyssey? It's an underrated game.

You pretty much summed it up perfect. I know Eternal Sonata will make it's way to PS3, other than that alot of the PS3 RPG's this year are question marks. Have any recieved Guaranteed Release dates yet? I mainly use it for Guitar Hero III right now since finishing Ratchet and Clank and Devil May Cry 4 which is on 360 as well...

I know my PS3 is going to be recieving some strong RPG's in the future, but as of right now I have had nothing interest me enough for a purchase other than SoTC and Valkyrie Profile 2 for PS2 over the last 2+ months. DMC4 was a V-Day gift.

does the game worth 400 dollars? No? Then it's not worth picking up a console for. That's all I'm saying.

Plus the wait for the next Final Fantasy is over a year away. Lost Odyssey is probably gonna be the last big JRPG until FF13. By big I mean in scale and production. It's got the best story I've seen in an RPG ever and great voice work.
