Give me the prototypes back, would pay $30-35 a peice for them.

They'd cost you a lot more than that. Just for comparison here is a master grade gundam models, and these aren't even all that good for gundam models:

The original Peach is pretty highly detailed model with inlays rather than paint-overs. The gundam models are also assembly-required which means the company needs only print sheets of plastic pieces rather than do a cast, carve, and paint. Doing a cast method would make things much more expensive as each would have to be handle after the fact for the colors and inlays.

In that case fuck it, I will stick with F4F and their $100s figures

I'm really just trying to give you an idea. :P Go look at the new Disney Infinity Marvel figures if you want to look at BAD figma for this price. These amiibos look like mastercrafts next to that garbage.

Dang, I really wanted the Peach one, and that's the one that got screwed up the most.

Maybe I'll get Toon Link or Wii Fit Trainer

I'm so tempted to get some just to collect but I think $13 is way too much for a small toy.

I don't really understand what these are for. They don't really seem like toys and they look too cheap for display purposes. I know they don't have a dedicated game, at least not yet. What do you do with them?

Neo-Peach has chubby fingers.

Real collectors wouldn't go apeshit over amiibos, anyways. They're toys and high quality Nintendo themed figurines are still available.

Majestic as fuck.

Lol, like amiibos had a worthwhile use in the first place.
