No it isn't. This is shipments. (I'll update when Nintendo release theirs).

why not include sales after 2000? I know you're comparing since Xbox release but isn't it a little disservice to nintendo who's been around before 2000

Because MS combined shipments. Doesn't really matter though as the combined figure is 100% correct.
