I think more in the range of about 12 million ish total holiday sales for PS4. 

Stock issues will rear their head again some point.

I'm estimating Xbox One pretty high. They have a lot more exclusive/marketed games than Sony.

EDIT: Actaully, I'll change my Xbox One prediction from 2.5M to 1.8M.

FC4, GTA5, LBP3 for Sony exclusive/advertised

COD, AC, and Halo MCC exclusive/advertised for MS

Equal for the big ones it would seem though advertising hasn't helped MS much in the past (see Madden and last COD)
