There's a lot of big big numbers out there. I'm.just not seeing it. I expect the Wii U to really kick into gear in December, however. The handhelds I aminute less interested in.

1.9m for the X1
some here and there for the wii U
2.7m for the 3ds
400k for the ps vita

The big numbers are hard to imagine because you're taking the numbers right now for what they are. The site is undertracking in most cases as we keep seeing with data from trackers. The console market really is still flourishing. The only thing underperforming is the WiiU as it has lost the casual audience the Wii had brought in. Hardcore gamers are well and still increasing hehe

Pretty much this and with the exception of WiiU most consoles perform better their 2nd holiday than their first.  Considering XBO was out on November 21st 2013 and PS4 was out November 15th 2013, that means that both XBO/PS4 will have extra weeks this year which includes the launch of games such as Call of Duty, Halo MCC, LittleBiGPlanet, Dragon Age, and more.  Also adding the big Black Friday numbers.
