I would love to work for Nintendo (assuming I got full control).

I would bring back all the classic underused IP like Star Fox (and that's about all I know, I would get my subordinates ot help with the rest). Do a massive open world Pokemon RPG with a huge budget and dev team. I would cut the price of WiiU to $199, losses would be subsidised by putting old gameboy/DS games (Mario, Pokemon ect) on mobile. Would build a couple of modern studios for more mature games but with a Nintendo vibe. I'd also market the hell out of big releases.
