It is CTR for me aswell. Konnichiwa (what an idiot btw I can say that he is P-banned) made a good point same mags/sites gave CTR a higher score than MK64. Anyway this reminds me of how many kart games their were at that time.

Is this thread a joke...I still play MK64...it is an all time multi player classic wheras Crash (I owned both) wasd a quite good Mario Kart clone. It's like comparing a good shooter Like Killzone 2 to a classic like Half Life 2...no comparison.

I much prefer CTR for the PS1 over Mario Kart 64. A lot of people are probably commenting on the PS2 game which was horrible. CTR on the PS1 was what MK64 should have been. All CTR needed to be one of the best games ever was the removal of the over world driving to levels and no load times.

A lot of the extra's found in CTR made it into Mario Kart DS such as boss battles.



Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

Hmm could you play 4 players on CTR?? if not then I don't think I would have liked it better.

4 player multimode---------------->> 2player

Yeah four players aswell.  (You had the multitap thing for it) on PS3 you can play it aswell with four players.

I think that both games were pretty great, but if I had to choose, then I prefer Mario Kart 64.

Yes but US PS store has Twisted Metal and Gex 3. I would trade CTR for those games

 

OT: Crash Team Racing is the best racing game i've ever played and i still play it today with my sister
