This isn't particularly surprising, the game isn't exactly the peak of graphics tech :p I'm more surprised by the size of the gap between the PS3 and PS4 versions than anything.

Still, it's nice that they aren't just linearly porting the PS3 version to the WiiU.

Maybe cause that would be just plain...silly? ;)

This is a year and half old PC game that had its ports on PS3/4 back in august. And we all know how much PS3 is dev friendly. /s

Honestly, it's not that remarkably good looking game, but it's actually quite good game in itself, so people should play it for that.

PS3 is 8 years old now, it's not exactly indecipherable alien technology any more.

It's not - however, if you're "tiny independent game developer" with your first game out, I don't see them jumping into belly of the beast that easily.

For them WiiU is, most likely, simpler to work with, specially cause of GPU - and, let me say it again, this is a PC game ported to other platforms.

I still suspect the disparity is at least partially due to GPU capability as well as ease of use.

Talking about Graphics with this Game is like talking about girls with your wife = silly.

Or, WIIU closer to PS4 than PS3 referring to this game is like saying that a cat is almost fast as a tiger when both are closed in a very small cage...

Almost certainly considering the lack of modern features in the ancient PS3 GPU. If they had the resources then they may have been able to do some tricks using the SPE's on the Cell processor to compensate, but I doubt it would have been worth the effort.

It seems more like they had a bad standard on PS3 than the game is greater on WiiU than what it already have.

Nothing silly about it; The Swapper's a good looking game, and on Wii U we're getting a version that looks better than the last gen one, which is nice.

I bought this on Steam last year. It was worth it for sure!

I have this on Steam but haven't played it yet. I wish cross-buy was a thing that existed across all platforms but I know that will most likely never happen :b
