Gen 3 - NES Domination

Gen 4 - This gen was more toe-to-toe and we saw some kind of bundles(my SNES came with Super Mario World for example)

Gen 5 - PS1 Domination

Gen 6 - PS2 ULTRA Domination


the nes was bundled too and sega had built in games in some mastersystems.    i cant remember if my n64 was bundled, i guess it had pokemon stadium or snap bundled(i have a pokemon n64)  my ps1 wasnt bundled, my ps2 wasnt bundled, my GC was bundled i guess.

Well it makes sense to the consoles that are selling less to try bundles or other consumer friendly strategies.That's why PS1 and PS2 had almost no bundle.

About nes,maybe nintendo was trying cockblock any sega strategy?

the nes came with a freaking robot and some retarded minigames to play with the robot and later smb and duckhunt(?)

 

and my ps2 wasnt in a bundle because it as a cool colour(metalic blue).

 

i hope they will make a ps4 with a nice colour soon, black and white sucks, i want something fancy,,,

I was looking at Amazon and for Xbox One the have 3 different bundles launching in 21 days of each other... I actually like bundles but wont too many in the same period cannibalize sales?
For example, the white Sunset Overdrive bundle so close to the COD bundle can't be good for Sunset Overdrive.

You're missing the greatest bundle of them all, the Wind Waker HD bundle, as well as the basic NintendoLand bundle, the ZombiU bundle with Pro Controller, the Party U and Just Dance/NintendoLand bundles with the Wiimote, the Skylanders bundle, the LEGO City bundle, the Monster Hunter bundle in Japan... sooooo many bundles lol
