Female Link of course. It's a new character so they're free to give her actual boobs :)

Er, I wouldn't expect such an outcome. Especially since half the time Link is still very young. I don't see them suddenly shifting gears and making a fully-adult Link any time in the near future.

As long as the story was well thought out and played well I really don't care if it's a gender bender thing or if we are playing a role swap with Zelda as the main character and Link as a primary background character.

The main thing that has turned me off almost all Zelda games since LTTP have been the wonky controls. And with each new Zelda game they get wonkier and wonkier. Culminating in the mess that was TLP.

A warrior keeps death on the mind from the moment of their first breath to the moment of their last.

Like drag Link or full on transsexual? Pre-op or post op?

What about transsexual Mario?

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

lmao. Naturally, born female Link. Or if you want your headcanon to be that Link has had 15 sex changes in the time between his/her birth and the start of the game, that's fine too, I don't care. But I suppose I'd say post-op, and not simply in drag... would you even be able to tell the difference with Link??

This thread is about Link, not Mario. Try to stay on-topic, geez!! :P

This is Japanese fiction. Females pretty much come out of the womb with a double D, so age isn't really a constraint of boob size here.

Also haven't you seen Lana and Cia?

I certainly have, I can't exactly miss them as both are being used as Avatars by people posting in this very thread. If it's so common for ladies in Japanese fiction to have large breasts, why don't you think Zelda can have them? There have been many Zeldas over the course of the series.

zelda

I vote for Tranny Link so we can have the best of both worlds (instead of the usual light/dark thing). We can call him/her/it Twink.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Welcome to the world of Japanese fetishes. The pettanko is also big there :)

Not as big as Kyonyuus but still popular.

My first thought is to choose Zelda.

The problem I have with a female Link is that it would be nothing more than a stunt. Given the dynamic of Link's "character", changing his gender would just be a token gesture.

The dynamic of Zelda's character, meanwhile, irrespective of her gender, provides ample opportunities for exploration. A lot could be done with this character without making her into a gender-swapped version of Link.

Then again, this hinges on Nintendo's ability to create a good Zelda story, so...

...neither one sounds like a good idea right now.
