Vita has memory cards, that ups vita price right there. (also by that logic they should of been included like the 3ds with an extra analog right?)
Apple Standards? Not even close, everybody was predicting a new HH in 2015/2016. With the New 3DS, 3DS Software can continue being supported for at least another 2 years, having a new gen starting early isnt > N3ds (upgrade if you will). I do understand the arguments for N3ds, dont get me wrong, but its not as bad as many are making it out to be.

A memory card is nowhere near the same as a control input. Though yes I agree Sony messed up on the memory cards. It's certainly nowhere near the deal everyone seems to make out on here though. Given hardware sales of the Vita, it's probably a good thing they didn't open up the system to potential piracy, software sales are bad enough as it s haha.
However, and it seems to have really been ignored by pretty much everyone here, Vita's have had a memory card included with them for most of their lifespan (ranging from 4gb to 16gb depending on the set). They have also been doing extremely good value game + memory card bundles. 10 games (inc ones like WipeOut, Little Big Planet etc) and 16gb card for £40. So anyone who says they were going to get a Vita, but the memory card killed it is just talking out of their ass. A Vita and memory card and 10 games, + an additional 32gb memory card purchased on top has been cheaper than a Solus 3DS XL in the UK for the past year and a half.
And thats without anything like cross buy, PS+ and the fact that most of the better Vita software can be had very reasonably priced even physically (£15 is about the average cost of a Vita game)
It's actually pretty ironic that after overhyping and underdelivering on the PSP, Sony actually released a handheld that lived up to it's promises and it utterly bombed.
