Next year will indeed be a great year for gaming!!!

Hopefully at some point Sony will start releasing good exclusives like Xbox is doing.

Is that the same as driveclub being a launch title and the order originally September 2014?

Sony miss dates more than any company. if people want to include Indies then that's fine. but retail wise songs first party hasn't done well so far. meeting release dates or being killer apps.

well he has a point. driveclub is a mess. and the order is getting panned in previews. of course uncharted should be good, but even then some key uncharted people have left the studio. songs first party is performing some of the worst in years.

And positive Xbox news turned into negative Xbox news on VGC.

The PS4 and Xbox One got maybe 2 or 3 exclusives in their first 10th months this year and they did alright. 2015 looks really good for Xbox One already. Halo 5, Fable Legends, Quantum Break, Tomb Raider, maybe Forza 6 is very appealing and there might be even more.

2016 will be interesting as well with Phantom Dust and probably Gears of War 4 and probably Scalebound.

Not sure what a delay to Driveclub has to do with what I said.  

Sony's first party has done fine so far given that aside from Knack, everything released has been from their second and third tier devs.  MS internal studios have had the worst output so far in terms of both quantity and quality.  They have only released Forza 5 (79) and Kinect Sports Rivals (60).  Not good for almost a full year of a new console, especially considering how little exclusive support MS gave 360 in it's last two years.

But if you think their output has been good and are enjoying their games, that is fine.

Give me a break?  What happened to you?    Always with an attitude anymore, and youve really played a part in the console war more than you use to as well

@Everybody - This goes for Sony, MSFT, and Nintendo.  There is more to be announced for next year.  We still dont know what many first party studios are working on like Guerilla Games, LXP, Platform Next, Media Molecule, Twisted Pixel, Rare, etc   Same goes to third parties.  You guys really need to stop downplaying everything for each other.  Let people get excited.  Im sure it will be a good year for GAMES

There's nothing wrong with outsourcing IPs you own like fh2. Microsoft have secured some better exclusives than Sony this gen so far. Titanfall we know won't appear on ps4 ever. only titanfall 2 can. the only game at retail for ps4 reviewing well is tlour. And that got lucky as reviews just used last years scores. hence the identical meta to last year.

I know a few people who are getting pissed off with their ps4s after buying driveclub.

its cool if people are enjoying their ps4s. But I think its clear to me at retail its the weakest console at the moment.

Driveclub did average for a racing game not a mess or bad(review wise). The Order is getting panned for not being like Gears of War which is silly so the verdict is still out on that one. Infamous SS was a very good game(and is on it's way to being the best selling Infamosu game yet), KZ: SF was a good game with the best KZ MP only second to KZ 2. TLOU:R(was amazing just as the orginal was), Resogun another amazing game, MLB: The show still a great baseball game. LBP3 looks to be loads of fun and is releasing  shortly. And those are just off the top of my head.

So no he doesn't have a point at all. And a majority of the Uncharted team is still there and people move around the industry all teh time not sure why the people that left ND should be singled out.

Edit: Anyway this is not the PS4 or its lineup. It is about the MS going hard next year and the games they have planned. Not sure why the PS4 or its games as even brought up other than to just take a shot at Sony so it is silly and needs to be left out the conversation. Lets just stay on topic lol.
