You could have at least taken a photo or something xD

You just made this thread to brag about your fancy TV, didn't you?

Btw. Everybody knows DriveClub is a bad game and visuals are meh -_-

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

It's like Gran Turismo on PS3. At times it looks stunning and other times it just looks really jaggy. They must stick out on your 55inch TV like a really sore thumb.

This is a good analysis- http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2014-vs-driveclub

Ok, good. So it wasn't just me. I have seen various pictures here and on GAF but haven't commented as I don't want to come across as trolling or anything but shit it looks jaggy as hell in a lot of the screens.

I don't get the point of curved tv's wasn't one of the main drawbacks of old CRT Tv's besides the lower resolution the screen distortion that came from it not having a flat screen (well most of them anyway).

"Impressive as this sounds, unfortunately there are still some noticeable jaggies around the bodywork of the cars, on fences and some of the walls surrounding the track, where the post-process anti-aliasing algorithm appears to miss quite a few edges at certain angles. However, beyond these artefacts the results are generally excellent and a cut above most PS4 and Xbox One releases."

No wonder it would have come as trolling, because "some noticeable jaggies" is far from "jaggy as hell in a lot if screens"

I have 60 inch TV myself, and yes it looks incredible. The AA is not perfect, but the lighting, details and draw distance are all amazing.

Driveclub does look amazing I have turned off the HUD, and now I am just taking strolls on the point to point tracks for milage. This is by far one of the most beautiful games I have played, and that is coming from someone with a very current omputer.

As mentioned above, here are some issues with jaggies. The wheels n the garage look uite jaggy some times, and some strucktures in slow movement also are quite prone. However, tere are almost no issues in the cabinof the vehicles, and lighting is top notch. I really hope this game ends up doing well, it is one of the best pure arcade racers in years.

Not really, the jaggies will always look a lot worse in photos.

They don't stick out on my 92" screen... Dunno what the problem is with jaggies, looks great in motion. There is only some slight speckling going on with distant lights, probably from fxaa or something. And there is weird bug with motion blur. When you get a cone or pylon stuck in front of your car or on the hood, the game keeps rendering it in full motion blur, even though it's relative speed to you is zero.

It's not perfect, yet still best looking by far. The way the light plays with the environments is a class apart. Some random screens while driving:

And this is from a fly over of the level, looks different everytime depending on weather and time of day

These guys should make a flight sim next :)
