Personally:
Driveclub was not hyped that much and if their was hype it was because of GIFS with amazing visuals and the game delivered on that front, it is just a disappointment because the game was delayed and normally it would mean Driveclub became a better game but still got mediocre reception.
Titanfall is a game that in my opinion did everything what it was hyped for, an MP shooter where you as player can do parkours and fight in Titans with emotional commentator... The sp was bad but their was no hype for it...Maybe disappointing because people thought it would sell more? (still I think around 2 million sales on Xone is certainly not bad)..
Watchdogs got a lot of hype but the biggest disappointment of that game was the downgrade in graphics? For the rest it did what people expect?
Destiny is of the list my biggest disappointment because it was so hyped and in the end expectations of many were destroyed... As a fan of Halo Reach a 4 year old game where you can create your own MP maps/gametypes, where you have space battle, can buy the item you want....And then see how Destiny doesn't have it is so sad... The game sold millions based on hype and expectations and not on quality, the worst part is that it will be an example for others... so many great studios and games are closed forever like clover studios/Pandemic/Ensemble studios/sony's wipeout studios because they were stupid in spending money on the quailty of their games and not so much on marketing..
Strike suit zero is not on the list but is my personal biggest dissapointment because I was so looking forward to a great space sim like game and I felt that everything was wrong it..
