My 2 cents as a WalMart electronics employee is that games are vender managed. They usually can not be ordered your stores shipments are based on what Nintendo sends your store. If your store doesn't sell a lot of 3ds games don't expect big shipments. I worked at Gamestop for a while too and there're based on the same system. As far as the employees not knowing about the game being available.fridays are not the usual day for games to come out so sometimes it supposed our mind. Not excusable but we are only human.

to be fair, its fifa season and the most people want to try it. 

Our gamestop got in 2 copies... because some other 3ds games hadn't sold well lately so they were being careful. I politely informed them of how a stapler would do a better job and used my CC to buy it from the eshop instead for 5euros more than GS were asking. The thought of paying monkeys wages just didn't sit well with me, rather send the money directly to the big N in the sky.

Also fucking hell it's such a good game... I've spent more time in the Home run contest alone than some other recent games heh, 978.4 m so far... I must break the 1k mark then I can go back to actually playing the game.

Walmart is the worst place to buy video games ever. Last black friday I went to get Lego marvel for like 20 bucks, after waiting in line for twenty minutes (electric department has one register open) it's time to pay and they tell me the deal expired while I was waiting and it's full price now. Also they had a random Gba game behind the glass and it was 29.99! Wtf?

Sure, but one console (+ a handheld maybe) would be enough, wouldn't it? When I want to try some different console and every single one plays the same game, it's kind of boring. (and not everybode likes fifa)
