I understand the moderations stack but how long without a moderation or how many posts does it take for the level of moderation to fall again? Like if I do something bad soon I'll probably get a 20 day ban but if I go 6 months or 2000 posts without a ban will the next moderation be less?

A bit of both really; it's down to commonsense really moreso than anything else. There's no clean-cut rule but if we say "6 months" it's a good starting point.

It's time, unless the user is new or posts very infrequently (for instance, someone who only comes around a few times a year, gets warned for a post in 2013, leaves, shows up again in late 2014 with the same line), but the 6-month rule is pretty general.

No, not really. I'll take a look to see if I can find the issue. If not then I'd advise perhaps remaking the topic without the image.

I think there might be something very wrong with your thread Sully.

Was looking for the post, however I couldn't find it. After looking on your posts also, I noticed it wasn't there. Which is unusual, because other threads do have a post attached to it. So, my best guess is for whatever reason the thread was made, but there's no post, and as such you can't view the page because it's waiting for the post to load so it gets stuck in a loop.

In short, I can't do anything about it. Another mod may have a better idea but my suggestion would be to make the thread without the image, get the post and then maybe add the image later.
