I think it's sad that people are abusing the mod system just so they can have some time off to enjoy a game.

Maybe, but my sources within the mod team tell me that you'll have to wait and see next time the applications open

OT: I'm curious to know as well, if we can get away with badmouthing fanbases on wall posts, I got a few in mind for NobleTeam360 and his love affair with the Dallas Cowboys.

Insults and flaming. Attacking other users for any reason is never acceptable.

• You should avoid:
  • Insulting a person's religion, religious beliefs, race, sex, sexuality, nationality, political beliefs, gaming preferences, etc. Debate is encouraged, as is civil disagreement, but respect the beliefs and opinions of others.
  • Insulting any group without proper justification.
  • Using any racial or sexuality-based slurs, even if you are not using them maliciously.
  • Insulting other users, including calling them fanboys, trolls or any other name-calling.
  • Disparaging, insulting, or baiting comments about users who are not participating in the thread.
  • Making highly offensive comments about people outside the site (though greater leniency will be shown for comments about non-members).
  • Inciting abuse or harassment - of anyone. This includes attempting to discredit any user based on their preferences.
  • Similarly, avoid discussing the user who created the thread in a negative, insulting, or accusational fashion, rather than discussing the thread topic itself. If you feel a topic is baiting, trolling or rule-breaking, report it.
  • Taunting banned members (in threads or on their/other's wall).
• All the previous rules apply to the forums as well as every other venue of this website. That includes User Walls, Personal Messages, Game Walls, and the like.

We're not overly concerned about trolling* so much as flaming when it comes to user walls. User Walls and PMs have a bit more leeway in some rules (see: BadGenome's wall on NSFW content), but the mistreatment of people covers all aspect of the site. Flaming in all of its forms will not be tolerated anywhere.

In the same way, Mod Criticism applies to user walls as well.

Website criticism. Do not attack the website. Reasonable debate based on facts is acceptable, but repeated attacks and negative comments about the website and its staff will not be tolerated. People are here to discuss games and sales, and doing nothing but attacking the site is disruptive to those who are trying to participate in a discussion.

• On the same note, do not attack any moderator without basis. Whether you are a moderated party (see Rule 18) or not, any attack or unfounded criticism on any moderator may result in moderation against you. We are open to all kinds of feedback and constructive criticism (within the parameters of a mod sanctioned thread or PMs. Anywhere else is off limits and therefore a violation of the rules), but this must be done in a manner that is professional, respectful, and above all else, backed up with evidence and facts. Any baseless or unsupported accusation or criticism has no potential to serve anyone and therefore can be seen as an unfounded attack upon the accused moderator, and is therefore a violation of the rules.

*With that said, overt and blatant trolling on someone's wall can be moderated (as it usually is trying to bait in that instance). But that's at the discretion of the moderator.

So if someone says I'm a motherfucker even if it's part of an abbreviation that's not ok?

Well that's true but I don't think was speaking the truth.  He was insulting me. All I want is clarification from the mods.  Because if its allowed it would be cool calling everyone that.
