I want to buy a PS4 from Spain, but i live in USA. will it work here, with  american games, and a US PSN account??

The games are all region free, so all you will need to do is remember to set your PSN account to the USA. PSN is technically also region free (you can make an account for any country on any system), but the accounts themselves are locked to specific stores.

If you ever want to access another store region you can just create an extra account.
