What a nonsensical post... Apparently someone doesn't think FFXV's battle system is better just because the game isn't exclusive to the WiiU.. Makes so much sense! xD

Are you new to Bigtakilla or something?

No, I'm aware that Bigtakilla is a Nintendo fan...... So?

It has more to do with his usual positions and "objectivity". But let's keep this for an other discussion. Khan kindly asked us to knock it off, so I will comply.

Saying the battle system of Xenoblade is a FF XII rip off is like saying the battle system of Final Fantasy XV is a Tales Of rip off. In fact, the battle system of XV and Tales of seem to be WAY more similar than Xenoblade and XII.

It's not about originality ... It's about who does it better! My point wasn't about Xenoblade Chronicles X battle system being a rip off of FF XII's combat. My point overall is that action based combat is more inuitive in realtime compared to what's in FF XII or Xenoblade ...

I disagree.

Thanks for the insightful explanations.

So what you're saying is because I'm a Nintendo fan my preference for Xenoblades battle system is somehow not as valid as others. Lol.

What can I say, Hynad's just another fan. ;)

Not exactly what I'm saying, but there's no point trying to explain anything to someone like you. xD

You stopped playing Xenoblade though. Soriku (who has played a lot of RPGs) and bigtakilla both played through both games and disagreed with that position, stating certain gameplay features that made Xenoblade superior to FFXII in some way.

Who should I believe more?

Well to be fair if Xenoblades battle system hadn't been so poor I wouldn't have stopped playing it...

I found it more enjoyable than the XIII, Tales Of, Kingdom Hearts . The focus on stategy in this particular type of battle system is insane. I've spoken of it before with the premonitions and tri attacks, but also through the use of skills and ether that would compliment other teammates skills and ether. It becomes sort of a game of chess if you will, and unlike XII, you control the pieces. With Xenoblade X, it looks like that on crack with teammates that will tell you what to use so they can use complimentary attacks, targeting areas of the body as well as on the fly switching between ranged and melee weapons, and mech or ground battles. Mechs are obviously more powerful, but at a cost of using fuel and taking damage.

XII is awesome. And while XIII's qualities are uneven, its battle system is great and much deeper than most people give it credit for. It has a dynamic nature that keeps the player on its toes.

Yeah. I would like a HD remaster of that.

You and me both.

Everybody would love that! FF XIII HD... They could remaster the whole trilogy!

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Well, again, Khan asked us to knock it off. So I'll leave this with: As far as I'm concerned, you, Selnor and Zero999 are all from the same mold. With you being just a little bit more reasonable, for a lack of better word. ^_-
