Damn you, Bayonetta! Fall faster!

Pretty good Danganronpa numbers. NISA, hurry up!

(More like Bakumatsu Flop.)

Guided Fate Paradox 2 did horribly.

Bayonetta 2 has a lot of stock left. Don't think it'll fall quickly because it'll get discounted.

DanganRonpa and Legend of Heroes did much better than expected. Fatal Frame 5 did in line with the series, but a little disappointing considering COMG and the upcoming movie.

Edit: I too just noticed how terribly Fate Paradox 2 did. Goodness, that's really bad.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Very disappointed in Fatal Frame V. Had hoped for a much better opening.

Maybe its good? it did so bad in Japan that to recoup some costs they'll release it in the West..

Well that's one way to look at it.

How is this bad for a fatal Frame game? It's actually not at all bad compared to previous games in the series.

Bad numbers for FF5, but it was expected for me. Bayo 2 also no legs.

XBO seems to have find its baseline. PS4 & WiiU doing well.

...Let the Sony Domination continue with the PS4...

It's not bad, I just wanted it to do really good.

Smash Bros 3ds is beasting, shame the same couldn't be sad for the WII U exclusives, at least the PSV is doing well in Japan.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

In a perfect world a game like this sells hundreds of thousand copies. It is one of my most anticipated games and I am pretty confident it will be released in the West. Fatal Frame has never been a big seller in Japan but that hasn't stopped it from being localized in the past (with the exception of IV).

So what are the odds we're still going to have to go through the "Only X days" song and dance next time a Wii U game underperforms.  Bayonetta 2 actually had a larger second week drop according to Media Create than Bayonetta did on the PS3 (and 360 if we use VGC for the second week, can't find a MC number).

Looks like the PS4 is settling into a new (and slightly higher) average.

The PS5 Exists.

But games have good legs on Nintendo systems! This was perhaps the most predictable crash & burn release in the entire 8th gen so far; there was never any reason what so ever to think that Bayo 2 would do great or even well on a platform like the Wii U.

We'll see the same story all over again when Bayo 2 launch numbers pop up for NA and Europe.

Bayonetta (PS3) - 138,430 copies (4 days)

Bayonetta (360) - 66,211 copies (4 days)

Bayonetta 1 + 2 (Wii U) - 42,398 copies (9 days)

....
