PES 2015 does look better than FIFA 2015.  They are not identical and even so it is expected that any evidence will be considered irrelevent.   It is just as likely that the Xbox One can not handle their engine in the same way that the PS4 can as indicated by Ground Zeros.   I think it is incorrect to automatically blame a developer coding on two different machines.   I beleve that it is more appropiate to respect the fact targeting a certain resolution or framerate will require different resources; most importantly time and money. 

Well, of course.   Hardware is hardware, it never changes.   If you push both PS4 and XOne, you will always have better graphics/performance on PS4 version.

If devs, for some reasons, want the game identical on both, you will have, but this does not mean the gap is closing.  We shouldn't talk about it anymore.

THe gap is just like PS2/Xbox, most developers dont use the power of the most powerful machine, but when they will really decide to use it, the difference will be big

I disagree.  During the start of the last generation cycle, it was understood that the PS3 was more powerful, but Sony didn't provide adequate means for developers to do so resulting in disparities between multiplatform titles.  This was NOT the developers fault.  They have limited budgets and must work within the confines of time (usually under contract).   It is up to Microsoft to roll out those tools that will make it easier for developers to hit 1080p.

PS4 and XB1 have quite a lot of games running 1080p at 60FPS (without counting all the sports games, indies and games with TBA FPS and resolution like BF Hardline).

Its not Konami im sure Sony send enough money to them to make a game 1080p only on ps4 that why Sony lost 2 billion Fifa is so much better than PES and its 1080p on Xbox one it's has to be money 

But I thought that xbox fan says that graphic doesn't matter so why are you mad? If it doesn't matter, then just be happy with it.  Also, some of them even says that they would rather 60fps than 1080 so what is there to complain about?
