Xbox One is doing horrible in Europe, it's like non existent in Japan and it's doing ok in the US although it gets it's ass kicked by the PS4 over there too. It's absolutely not doing very well, just accept it.

I will wait the Sep shipment to check again but right now (with the June shipments) Xbone and 360 are neck a neck in sales with a trend to 360 be ahead after Sep shipment.

These 4 million 360 at Sep means it had 1.8 million on shelves because it shipped 6 million at end of September.

BTW next quarter for 360 was huge with 4.4m shipped... 10.4m lifetime.

So much wrong in your post. First off, it tracking ahead of the 360 is irrelevant, it's only done so because of a heavily front loaded launch and 360 supply shoratges.

Second, no, it's not doing great. It's doing okay in NA and UK (where it's still being outsold easily by PS4), but it's dead everywhere else. Getting outsold 3 to 1 so far this year isn't doing "great".

sales=sales. The region is quite irrelevant, anyway north america has been compensating for weak eu and japanese sales since 2001, nothing has changed there. 5m in 8months is solid, not amazing, definitely not poor. Its tracking ahead of the 360 and its better months are obviously ahead. I think threads like this exist because people treat  it like its a failing system ala Vita or Wii U, its not in the same category at all.

For Xbox NA has always disguised weak japan and eu sales of the brand.
