Pretty much. They seem to be the biggest electronics retailers here. They often have better prices aswell cause they are so big. Games at launch are usually 5 euros cheaper on media market than other stores. Though it might depend on store and on country.

Sry I couldn't resist. 
On topic, 15k preorders is alright but I would expect a little more considering Russia is a PC gaming country. I thought the PC/Microsoft influence would translate to more preorders.
Then again, lets see how the system sells...
