As far as I care, Diddy Kong just replaced Donkey Kong Jr., who Mario fought in ... Donkey Kong Jr.

Seriously, sc954361, are you 7 years old, or are you just being stubborn for the hell of it?

I could name 4 exceptions to the rule that they have to be in a mario game not as a cameo.

2This only counts if you count the arcade mario kart games Ms Pac-Man
3Mametchi this also only counts if the arcade version of mario kart works

That is still enough to allow other exceptions. Also if you say the arcade versions don't count they were developed by namco/nintendo so they should.
@ blaydcor I just wanted to prove you guys that when there is a rule there most likely will be an exception. SO there is no reason why samus can't be in a mario kart game if characters that didn't appear in one game are in it.

Trying to argue with your logic is like trying to tell a guy to look at the sun to prove that there's a big fiery yellow thing in the sky, and having him refuse. The truth couldn't be more obvious, but for no apparent reason, you refuse to accept it.

Schwarzenegger made a cameo in one of the Rock's action movies, passing by and saying 'great party'. Does that mean the Rock must fight him to the death in every movie he does now?

This is the funniest thread I've ever seen on his forum. Why not add Link, too! Wait, isn't there already a game that includes a bunch of characters from different universes...? Oh yeah, SSB!

Seriously, the characters in DD only mattered for what types of cars you could use, and they could all use the best car. It really doesn't matter. In SSB they all have different moves, in Mario Kart the special items aren't that big of a deal.

Just play Metroid more...

They should put Snake in mario kart, because in "The TWin Snakes", you see a mario action figure in the room where you meet Otakon.

Alright let me say this as clear as possible.

You guys said that only mario characters could be in a mario kart game.

So I asked why diddy kong and donkey kong were in the game.

You guys proved donkey kong counts but never proved that diddy kong counts.

Then I asked why samus couldn't be in a mario kart game because she was in smrpg.

You guys said she was a cameo.

I accepted that.

But then I found out that there is also a cameo. R.O.B

Then you guys didn't prove rob to count.

Then there are two other characters that don't relate to mario at all MS. Pacman and Mametchi.

That means there are 4 exceptions to the rule that only mario characters could be in the game.

So that makes the statemen " Only Characters that appear in the mario universe are allowed in mario kart"wrong.

So if you anaylize my response you should see that my logic isn't flawed to believe that there could be exceptions.

Also when did nintendo ever say that only mario characters could be in the game. You just assume since the majority is mario characters that those are the rules.

I think this thread should end because I got my point across even though some people don't see it the way I do.
