Not to the same extent of XBOX owners.  This can be seen in the FPS sales and the variety of games that come to PS.

For every team that won, theres a team that lost, and therefore all this stat proves is the distribution of win/loss ratios on XBL is larger than on PSN.

The best players might have a higher ratio than the best players on PSN, but it also means the worst have a worse ratio on XBL than PSN.

Comparing those ratios directly is as silly as comparing champions league football clubs based on their domestic league win ratios, since some leagues are far more competitive than others and its not unusual for even the worst teams to perform well and beat a top team. Ofcouse when it comes to champions league where they actually play each other, the 'top' clubs from leagues which are not very competitive, generally do not perform as well as the clubs from leagues which are competitive.

Unless all PSN and XBL players get thrown onto the same servers, it cant be proven.

Just because Xbox owners play shooters doesn't mean there's no variety. Even Xbox Live Arcade and XBLIG had a ton of variety in games where activity rivaled COD and Halo on the usage lists.

I honestly still to this day don't see the variety.  All last generation was Halo, Forza, and Gears.  What is coming out this holiday for XB1?  Halo MCC Collection, Sunset Overdrive (Shooter again), and Forza Horizon II.  Like I said, the same games over and over again.  Next holiday they have Halo 5 coming out with everyone wondering when the next gears of war is coming out.  Where is the excitement for Alan Wake II?  Time and time again, just like Alan Wake, just like Titanfall, XBox players want one thing...the same shooters over and over again.  

What about Ori, Killer Instinct Season 2, D4, Project Spark and Happy Wars? They're not shooters and they're exclusive.

You are right...those aren't shooters.  But it is hard not to look at the fact that the only thing XBOX owners want are Halo, Forza, and Gears games.  I looked up ign's top 25 games on XB360 and PS3 and took out all multiplatform games.

I have never heard of mark of the ninja or shadow complex.  I am actually wondering where was Alan Wake in that top 25.  The other thing that I noticed was COD 4 in the XB360 top 25, which was left out of the PS3 top 25.  This just reaffirms what I have been saying all along.

If there is no cross platform, and the win/loss ratio is really high/low, it means there is :

a) not enough players for fair games

b)Really bad players

c)Really good players

d)Cheaters

and most likely , e)Really bad players and good players and not enough players for good matchmaking.

Who actually plays to win?? Best loot drops go to those who suck. I'm just in their completing my bounties.

If that's the case then I can say PS players play nothing but 3rd person adventure games. Also catherine is not exclusive.

So because there is a great game that is a 3rd person adventure game (Uncharted series), then that is all we play?  What about other great titles that were left out like God of War, Gran Turismo, Little Big Planet, Puppeteer, and MAG?  Not a single one of those are 3rd person adventure games.

I honestly don't care to rattle off games at you as if I want to proove you wrong.  It just baffles me how people like you and the OP want to defend their FPS games as the place to play them on the XBOX consoles.  Before it was the fact that XBOX Live and the larger gaming community made games like COD the bettter place to play.  Now that Playstation Plus is better than XBOX Live and the larger community is on Playstation, now people say that the better players are on XBOX consoles is just laughable.
