Going to say 1million. Brawl will sell better here then in Japan. If the game managed to sell 1million in 11 days, then 1million in a week is possible. I say at least 2million in a month.
It won't beat Halo 3's 1st week sales, but in the long run, I doubt be it worldwide, but I use that lightly. If it can break 2million in Japan, then it has a good shot.
2,000,000 for American first week is my most pessimistic prediction.
For Others it's a hard call.
I am gonna say 2.5 million first week for brawl(it is launching on a larger userbase than Halo did, and is going up against NO competition, Halo went up against what many consider to be better FPS games)
I think 1.1 million in others.
My total says over 4 million first week : ). I like it : )
End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)
Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

You've got to be kidding, even if the pre-orders is for both regions, most will go the US way, that 1 million pre-orders is from when that post was made, ages ago, and this is just pre-orders, not everyone pre-orders, I make a ban bet with you that it does double your prediction on it's first week.
America sales will be over 1million
Europe sales- 600k
