its the most hyped excluisve for ps4 in japan

its bound to do well

I don't know. I see it possibly managing 2m lifetime? It'll be a great game (hopefully) but expecting 7-10m sales is pretty optimistic.

In a perfect world it would be a new Ratchet and Clank in the same vein as A Crack in Time.  In a slightly less perfect world it would be the Ratchet Remake this year.  In a slightly better world than this one it would be Zelda.  In this world it will be Halo 5.

X and PS exclusive games do not sell well. Multiplatforms always led.

Mario Party 10, Mario Maker, Zelda, Star Fox (I hope 2015), Splatoon, Yoshi's Woolly World - one of them.

Halo 4 was the least favourite out of the 4 to many Halo fans and yet it sold 9 million units!... The best Uncharted game sold 6m. Now don't get me wrong, Sales mean nothing when it comes to quality of a game but remember Halo attracts a bigger audience, it attracts the story telling, Sci-fi, multiplayers, and FPS gamers. Its why games like Mario, Pokemon, Minecraft, World of Warcraft sell so well because they attract a monster audience.

A few things: 

a) PS4 is dominating the competition so the inevitable bundles will sway in UC's favor 
b) Each & every Uncharted has increased it's FW & lifetime sales from previous iterations
c) Bungie isn't at the helm of Halo 5 while ND is for UC4, they're regarded as Sony's top developer

OT: 

IMO I say UC4 > Halo 5 > Zelda U.

Why are so many saying Bloodborne? The entire souls franchise has not done over 6 million(Demons, Dark 1/2). While it is another hype game(which the current gen players have been buying regretfully in large numbers) I dont think it will sell much better than DS 1(which is around 2.5-3 million). DS 2 hasent hit 2 million and probably wont do much more than that lifetime. While the game is supposed to be the most "accessible" souls game I dont think the easier difficulty will draw in that many more players than the core(which has been cut down due to exclusivity) Souls fans.

With that said I say the top 3 will be Uncharted, Halo 5 and Zelda respectively per system with Halo or Uncharted doing the best numbers.



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

You all do not look at numbers, you only look at you favorite games.

PS3 and X360 have great user base, XO and PS4 have not. Users on that systems spend most money on multiplatforms.

PS4 best selling game - 2.5 mln

PS4 best selling ex - 1.8 mln

Wii U best selling game and ex - 4.2 mln
