Your review is pretty short, I don't know how it took you 3 hours to be honest. But it's actually pretty concise and it cover the most important points, though an 80 score doesn't reflect the impressions you wrote.

I might give it a try, loved 2, 3 and mercenary. Shadow fall was good, but just that sadly. Overall nice review, thanks.

Since it took you three hours to write it... I will at least play spend 3 hours on it when I borrow my friends PS2 over the weekend...

Kinda sad that Killzone still is probably the graphic king on the PS4.

ratchet and clank is a solidly build 3rd person platformer in a world where you can probably count the number for solidly build 3rd person platforms on 1 hand.   if you ignore nintendo platforms you can count the on one finger..    but insomniac as always done a really good job at making unique fun guns and interestin worlds.   one of my favorite franchies.

killzone 2 was amazing and unique in the fps world with it's heavy feel and squad/class based multiplayer.  it's been so CoDutified that you may have a point.  it's still really well put together but much less reason to stand out in a sea of fps options.   i'm still a fan but at the same time i welcome the "horizon" rumors as a change of genre would be good for GG and sony.   create something in a less crowded space would be a better move as killzone isn't suddenly going to be a "killer" game in it's 5th attempt.

I liked Killzone 2. Never played the others though.

To be honest you reviewed a game that's close to ten years old and isn't exactly a classic. Most it hade going for it was the graphics and that's something that never stands the test of time.

It's cool that you took the time to write a review but if you want more people to come in you probably should have picked a more interesting title.

Review Super Metroid or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night... 2 games it seems you played before that are classics... they will post!

Those 2 are widely considered in the Top 10 of their respected consoles!! 

I don't know, I played both of them through emulators.

I agree for the most part not with R&C tho.
This year I replayed   Uncharted 1,    Ratchet and Clank TOD,   Killzone 2,  Resistance 1,  Tearaway,   God of War 1, Infamous 1.

But the best game by far was R&C- second place would probably go to GOW1 and Infamous1.
GOW1 would be much better if the game design would not be so retarted sometimes. 
Balance on wooden planks while some flying enemies attack you  or the stupid  rotating blade thing you have to climb near the end the thing where Kratos must have thought  "Oh the back side of the blade barely touched the tip of a super powerful greek soldier's shoe (its me!)  I guess I have to act as If I was badly injurend and fall down the whole thing so the player gets annoyed)

 or how the crap camera rotates while you balance or jump around so your movement direction suddenly changes (the last thing also applies to tearaway)  Seriously this does not require skill at all it just requires you to not get annoyed and thats pretty bad game design IMO.


If you play a game with not so up to date graphics and you still like it shows how could the game is (I liked GOW1 excluding those 3 or so annoying parts) This does get problematic when you are way to nostalgic with a game tho.
