Which gamers? Who thats loving it honestly expected a 75~ game and pre-ordered it honestly?

The beta yes. Not the full game. Given the reactions its bumped down the list. Might put the requisite ~15 hours into it once its cheap.

77 to be fair.

The gamers that bought the game except a minority are loving it.

The beta was what gamers expected... the game delivery a amazing experience over the Beta.

Every time I ask somebody hating the game if he played it... the answer is NO... you just proved my point

Pretty sure the people that are loving it couldn't give a rats ass what the meta score is.

Sorry, I don't. If we're talking VGC Meta predictions, I didn't see them. Not that it changes anything, but that's the only place any "expectations" can mean something to this debate. It's a lonely fish in the Ocean.

Now, if the drop off is horrendous between the next week and week after, your view is validated.

That'd certainly help.

More relevant would be a few weeks/months from now, when Destiny either continues to be broadly successful commercially, or falters in the face of better games through the holidays.

I'm going to be extremely nitpicky and say that using proper rounding up the title is wrong because it's 473k and 171k

Don't kill me.

Right, because that is totally the prevailing attitude on the internet!

Critically the game didn't even approach expectations. A horrendous game? No.

But nothing like what those hundreds of thousands of people were expecting!

I don't know what the expectations were, but that has nothing to do with the discussion.

Sure you do

The dropoff is not likely to be huge. The Destiny PS4 bundle is still doing very well, the individual SKU's are also doing very well across the world. I think this dislike of Destiny is coming from a very vocal minority, most of whom are relying solely on reviews rather than playing it.

He didn't played the game.

Everytime I ask that the other guy hating it says it didn't play lol that says everything... try to ask to somebody that played the game if it hated it

According to VGChartz, the PS4 only sold 60k+ more in the US than the Xbox One dispute having a bundle that was in the top ranking at Amazon and GameStop for months. Either the PS4 is massively undertracked or the Xbox one is massively overtracked. I believe that the Xbox One got a decent boost so I believe that this will be one of the greately single undertrackings of the the year for the PS4. It doesn't take much of an analyst to figure that out.

Also, there are huge indications that the White PS4 bundle outsold the Xbox 360 Destiny. So, I will go as far as to say that the PS4 is undertracked by at least 200k.

I agree with some of your points here. Amazon rankings would suggest the gap would be a much bigger amount in the US, not just 60k. I'd say PS4 is undertracked and Xbox overtracked slightly but for now I'll take these numbers. NPD will prove if they are right or not in about a month!

Still, those PS4 numbers are amazing. Perhaps there'll be no more sub 200k weeks this year.

Pretty epic numbers for PS4.

Νow it s more intersting ,to see the after destiny week:P ;)

After those reviews I expect destiny sales to plumet so hard that its going to be funny.

Nobody care about reviews

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Clearly the provailing opinion on the internet is negative because the ones with a positive opinion of it are too busy playing.

The negative opinion however, doesn't seem that big when you consider that the game looks set to have sold over 3 million copies across all platforms in the first week.

Sure theres some people moaning about it, but a provailing amount of 3 million?, no, not at all.

That explains it pretty well.

Not really. The people who pre-ordered and paid for the game that had no reviews and was expected to be one of the best games of the year are not reflective of actual views of the game. By definition, the data in the OP offers no insight into that at all.
