the first DLC is bad, that should be in the game, the rest isnt made so its okay for me, they are just saying what will come.

Well, I can't guarantee that their other stores have it today, too...
I remember that some Media Markt stores had 3D World 3 days early, but mine didn't have it before the official launch.
