With the 'New' 3DS releasing in October in Japan and 2015 in the west how do you think it will effect 3DS sales?

Since it's announcement sales have already taken a hit but with the New model only releasing in Japan will it be enough to take up the slack from the west?

I don't really think a lot of people are informed enough to know of the New 3DS existing in the first place.

So, I expect a lot to happen because of Japan, especially because of the simple fact that the N3DS simply better for Monster Hunter.
