Titanfall has better PvP.

Destiny has more value but does nothing great.

Destiny does just about everything good(well except story story is okay at best, but it is really just there to give you a reason to visit the solar system), but not great.

It does one very important thing great, and probably the best I have EVER seen.... Online Co-op. My brother and I logged a 12 hour gaming session today (both had off work). We just did everything, got warmed up with running my cousin through the lvl 8 strike, did an hour of crucible, went to turn in our bounties then decided to finish off the story. Then did more crucible, then we knocked out a few high lvl strikes, did a patrol and then more crucible..... never got boring.

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

The agenda is strong with this thread....

I can see why some people throught TF lacked content, but how can anyone argue with the amazing gameplay. That alone trumps destiny. Hell even Borderlands 2 plays better than Destiny.

I'll give you the co-op thing. If you wanna shoot waves of enemies in co-op mode, this game satisfies that.

But I stand by everything else is... meh.

Destiny has gone from the game people thought they would play for many hours to something to play until upcoming games are released.

Unfortunately, Destiny is released before many new releases so people will migrate to other games.
Titanfall had a much better release date, ensuring players no new games for at least 6 months, so they can better immerse themselves into multiplayer matches.

Of course, tastes are individual, but I see myself playing Destiny regularly for many months to come, with weekly playlists, new bounties and challenges, content-packed DLCs, and challenging strikes and raids that deserve to be played repeatedly. Sure, I'll play other games as well, but I doubt many will be as fun as Destiny.

Isn't this asking if you'd prefer a nice cake or a sharp kick to the shin?

It seems pretty clear to me , looking at this thread, that Xbox One owners will say Titanfall is better and PS4 owners will say Destiny is better.

The Xbox people will want to portray the image that their exclusive is best. The PS people will want to denigrate that exclusive.

Truth is, I neither know nor care which is better. I really, really do not like FPS games so will buy neither.

Seriously? what TF had but a broken online mp? I played TF on PC and the 3rd day i stopped playing it for good, destiny u say? its my 4th day 2day and i want more and more!

Add me if u want :)

Or Xbox fans expected something better from Bungie. The studio that gave them an epic franchise respected by most fanbases. Xbox owners are the majority of people who have played both games no matter what. So people who haven't experienced one or the other have no say in the matter.

Well, according to metacritic, it's titanfall by a significant amount.
Personally?
Titanfall may not have a campaign in the traditional sense, but it's intense focus on the mp makes it one of the best in its class. Its tight, well realized, and focused.

From personal perspective very little appealing about either. I cannot play either as have online only requirement. Looking at them I give a slight edge to Destiny for having an interesting premise and possibility of of a campaign. I will say Destiny seems like it is set up where the amount of content week 1 and week 50 could be very different so will wait to see what they do down the road.
