Goota love Kingofwale and all the other sony fanboys who said DMC4 was a big tittle that was gonna push sales, now after 3 weeks, look at the game, selling poorly, then they say as they did with Lair, Heavenly sword, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, GT5P, Dinasty Warriors, Winning Eleven that this arent big titles, we gotta wait for FFXIII, MGS4, LBP and who knows what.

Next big title is Yakuza 3 according to them, so lets see how long does the "big title" status lasts.

Yeah, Yakuza 3! I was reading where they were all talking about how Yakuza 3 was gonna really push PS3 sales in Japan, as if DMC4 was an insignificant titles and Yakuza 3 was the savior of the console. We'll see, honestly, DMC4 is a pretty big game in Japan, and sold well. It just didn't sell many PS3's.

 

It also had a bundle, btw. Sony is trying EVERYTHING now to market the PS3, new bundle with every big game, new colors, new controller. At this rate, CrazyKen won't get credit for anything, and the marketing team will get all the cheers for turning around the disaster. I thought the console could sell on its own in Japan. Who is the gimmick now?

The PS3 would otherwise be looking at the Gamecube/N64/Saturn-level sales in Japan, but it's still got a few pretty big titles that're too far in development to move onto other platforms.

It'll be interesting to see how much they can help at this point.

Being that I own 1,000 shares(I bought it when it was at 1.98 a share) of sega sammy stock Yakuza 3 better sell well so that sega gets me some profit! Hell at thsi point I am rooting for any Sega game to sell well. Either that or sell poorly and get acquired by Nintendo....hehe won't happen.

You know if the Wii had flopped and sold GC levels everyone would say that console is dead. Well there would alwasy be N-fans screaming abotu profit.

Maybe not dead, but considering its undertracking the GCN and the N64 in Japan, things don't look good for PS3
