Kind of like when we get some random anouncement out of France or some other country. I wonder if this is at leasta respectable source? |
Apparently the original post has been deleted, so yes, I am suspicious.

so true!!
+ that I'm getting it along with the WiiU :)
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
Will wait for inevitable fire sale.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

I asked the same to my friend... and I got a response (by the way I am trying to figure out who is going to win the bet ahead of you guys :D ).
1. It is a slip as Ubisoft Mexico has pulled the information already. The date is confirmed for November, but the actual day is still in the open
2. The global announcement will come soon as they get response from NOA and NOJ on something

Ah, I love having someone (else) around who has inside contacts. ;)
Would your insider know the game's performance level, (I'm basing my bet on poor framerates in Ubisoft Wii U ports to date) or do they not work in that department?

He does not work directly on that, so he only gets information that passes along, but I am trying to make him ask the other teams and get a heads up on the bet.

It was not delayed for a Map feature, production was STOPPED all together for 4-5 months as the team was splitted to make the other versions reach the May release date as those were also behind schedule, after the other editions the development team got back together and Ubisoft was thinking about cancelling the title, but finally they decide it to give it an opportunity and release it during the holidays when the sales of the console improve.
Too bad that even if this version sells well Ubisoft already decided to not release any non just dance game for the wiiu

They could always revert that decision, and maybe reconsider the situation game by game instead of making a general policy, or maybe they can just keep making old ports, I will not mind too much as long as the games keep coming, they could just dedicate a small team just to test Wii U ports, like Activision had that studio at Treyarch which was in charge of porting CoD every year and nothing else.
