85 after 7...

This one is going to take some time until it sets on a score, we are still missing big reviews like IGN, but it wont hit 90

Well thats a pretty decent score.

The heavy hitters are being reported on GAF. Polygon is looking like a 3/5, Escapist is another 3/5. GiantBomb is expected low.

The numbers are going to drop.

Mid-80s is about where I expected it to stay. It always felt like it was selling more on hype than anything else; and that's fine if you're not expecting anything but a solid game. But people expect too much when you give them false hope.

Bottom Line: With its banal universe and flavorless style, Destiny is packed with content, but just ... well ... content. There's a great PvP mode, and the leveling system can be rewarding, but ultimately this is a pretty, rock-solid, ultimately pedestrian product.


The guy from Polygon who reviews Destiny tweeted 'this game reminds me after 30 hours with the game RAGE' and he gave that game a 3/5..so not expect much...

Well that's pretty high. I was expecting sub 75 after those user scores

Listen to real players who spent many many hours on a Game.

Good but not great so far.

Impressions have been disappointing so far but I went ahead and bought a digital copy this morning which I will share with one of my brothers. Gonna buy one at retail after work and drop it off at another one of my little brothers house. That way I know I have some raid partners to give the game a real chance.
