Forums - Sony - So is PS4 "saved" in Japan?

It's a good start for sure if they keep it up then I'll be very happy.

It won't get PS2 numbers, we get it fear mongers nobody is claiming that but I can see PS4 tripling its current baseline sales next year.

Wtf? A new YS game came out? o.o

Yes,wow even Dragon quest is back to Playstation

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Well, I went from having interest in one game on ps4 to want 6 of them in one day.

I guess I'm not the only one.

they could have just shown summer lessons then ended the show and it would have been saved.

Add the latest 3DS news and maybe PSV is saved too WW.

They couldnt do any worse to support the PS4 in Japan compared to last year, but in saying that what they showed was nice but not quite awesome.

A proper Dragon Quest would have wowed me more to say the least.

So PS4 in Japan not saved but definitely on the road to recovery.

Good 2015 lineup, but I doubt that it will outsell the PS3 in it's life time because home consoles are in harsh decline in Japan.
