These were just the acts of a couple of attention starved weirdos with nothing better to do. Just their name tells you these guys are a bunch of no lifes. And to make things worse they called in a bomb threat and posted ISIS pictures which was quite possibly the worse thing they could have ever done. Now the government can classify them as terrorists. Their assholes are certainly not going to enjoy prison.
