As you said, there'd be no meaningful correlation with console preference and religious affiliation, but there would certainly be with geography and religious affiliation and other factors.

By extension you might expect that there'd be a disproportionate of, say, christians who prefer Xbox. Conjecture, obviously.

Interesting thread. Also, I have all consoles and I am a born again christian that believe in God and His only Son, Jesus Christ, author of salvation to the gentiles. Also, I like the Holy Bible so much.

Results are so similar patterned it doesn't look like religious beliefs has any influence on game preference.

It'd be more interesting to compare religious/nonreligious/etc with the brand loyalty gamers hold. Some are super loyal to their brand of choice (the religious/devout) and would never play on any platform than the one they prefer, the multi-console owners (polytheists of the gaming world), the non gamer (atheist), the casual (agnostic).

Just a random thing I thought of. But I would like to see a thread that discusses it like this someday XD
