I don't see the problem with the new 3 ds having some exclusive games. The dsi did too, and it wasn't a marketing disaster as some are claiming the new 3 ds to be. Such short term memories some of you have here. The dsi had exclusive features, games, and added abilities, that were never a problem. They won't be for the new 3 ds either.
