I mean it's not like sales can be taken away lol. Smash will keep WiiU in the mindshare and of course the cheaper price though Nintendo would be wise to have some $250 deals as that would really put it well below the 8th genners and even compete with 7th gen.

It is already decided really. Nintendo will kill off the WiiU earlier than MS will kill off XB1

I am calling it now, Nintendo will drop support soon after Zelda releases. I mean, look at Wii, they even killed that off after only 4-5 years. I give WiiU 4 years of support at best (2012-2016)

That's not how "earliest" works. Have you seen Nintendo's shipment reports recently? WiiU is doing terribad, 3DS doing bad. Handhelds are dying so releasing a new handheld might solve their problem but only for a short while. They need another console and they need it to be much more popular than WiiU.
